Officer and Neighborhood Representative Duties

DUTIES OF THE REPRESENTATIVES


Introduction

The officers of the Association include the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and ten Neighborhood Representatives. Together they make up the Executive Committee.

Neighborhood Representatives are the direct link between the membership and the Association. Each Representative acts as spokesperson for the members within his or her allotted district (section composed of adjacent property owners).

Representatives are elected or appointed to serve the members. Members should feel free to seek the assistance of their Representatives.

Specific Duties
• Call, in person, on all new residents, introduce themselves, offer assistance and promote the Community.
• Hand-deliver* to families in their districts, all Association communications that are issued for distribution to all members. These include Executive Committee communication and Entertainment Committee announcements.
• Attend all Executive Committee meetings. Inform the Committee of any suggestions for improvement, problems, complaints or questions that arise within their districts.
• Communicate the decisions of the Executive Committee to members of their districts.
• Sell Raffle tickets

* Return any undeliverable communications to Judi Rubin for mailing.
