Executive Committee Spring Meeting

Thhe annual spring meeting of the executive committee was held Saturday May 26, 2012at the home of Jim Langenbach. The agenda is as follows:

Alan De Cew reported that the budget is in good condition. The association has over $59,000 in its accounts.

Terry Patterson reported that the tax filings were not yet completed.

Alan De Cew reported that 2011 dues were paid by all but two members.

Lidna reported that the sunshine fund has had a quiet year and donations were mad the the favorite charity of one member in her memory.

Judi Reported that there seems little interest in the Street Fain and that we will discontinue it.

Jim agreed to coordinate the notification of plans to have a street sweeping day on Jume 30th. Jim agreed to host a gettogether on his deck at 12:00 noon after the street sweeping initiative. All Executive committee members will notify the families within their areas of plans for street sweeping the street in front of their property from 11: AM till noon with a gettogether right after. Attendees should bring an hourderve and their favorite beverage.

Judi covered the picnic. It will be held July 28 at the Miller's house, from 12:30 till end. Please buy raffel tickets from your area representative.

The Executive Committee Summer Meeting will be held on Saturday August 11, 2012 at the home of Jim Langenbach. At noon.

A proposed slate for officers for 2012 -13 was discussed. It was agreed that Lou Julian, Vice President should be nominated as the next President of the association, consistent with the past practices of the Association. Scott Brown has agreed to become the new VicePresidential nominee. The Secretary and Treasurer nominees will continued to be Terry and Alan.
